Workout Routine – May 10th

Rained yesterday so I couldn’t train outdoors. Just stayed in my apartment and did some Tabata Interval exercises. Did four exercises, the numbers following each exercise are the lowest count I did within of all the eight 20 seconds.

Plyo push ups – 7
Burpees – 5
Pull ups – just hung there
Shadowbox – um… didn’t really count these so I just threw as many hard punches as I could

Note: I haven’t done these for so long I’m hurting now.
