Since I just wrote about female competitors, how about some technique tips from a female BJJ practitioner.  Not your typical cheesecake women grappling each other or a skinny guy clip, this one’s pretty good.  From Christie Phillips on how to finish a Kimura on a larger stronger opponent.

I might try this out.

The technique and not the outfits. I wouldn’t look good in a low cut blouse anyway.
