Training Session – March 13th

What we did:

Warm up – stretches

Positional Sparring from the guard – full resistance, pass, submit or sweep, reset and switch top, bottom stays in for 5 min – 15 min

Open Sparring – full resistance, from stand up – 10 min
*with Brent start at knees, no submissions

Personal Assessment:
When playing with open guard need to remember my hands and arms play a roll. Need to control top game’s head, hips and arms.
