2 meter rope climb
20 tire flips

2nd set
5 ring dips
10 double rope pullups
5 ring dips
20 tire flips

3rd set
5 ring dips
10 double rope pullups
10 sec ring L-hold
18 tire flips

Workout Notes:
Tire looks like this, except old and worn down, and yellow paint on one side. The pic on this site makes it look bigger than it actually is.
